“ We were thrilled to find such a wonderful home. It met our requirements of an energy saving, small footprint, single-family residence with garage. Our new home at 4511 Schooner in San Juan Passage is a LEED Certified (Silver) residence. After living here for six months, we can testify to very low utility bills even in January for: gas, electric, water, sewer, and waste disposal including recyclables.
 
We like our first floor wood floors, the gas fireplace with remote, the Kitchen Aid stainless steel kitchen appliances, the Kohler plumbing fixtures, the second floor bedrooms and laundry, and bedroom walk-in closets.
 
We moved here from a 2,900 SF home and our new small footprint home has more bathrooms than we had in our previous home. We now have one bath per bedroom and a first floor guest bath.
 
We have a marvelous front porch, a Master Bedroom with French doors leading to a second floor deck, and an equally fun back patio where we have been enjoying breakfast off and on since February.
 
We love our detached single car garage! Our home construction is certainly first rate!”
