Master Plan

San Juan Passage has been designed as a new kind of traditional neighborhood of homes that, together with the site and landscape, offers a vision for a new sustainable, walkable, and architecturally enriching coastal community. On this premier 23-acre waterfront site, classic shingled homes sit close-knit on tree-lined streets with wide, walkable sidewalks. Prime view parcels are preserved for creation of grand community parks, with landscaped trails that gently wind toward the sea. The master plan includes 100 single-family homes that wed modern efficiencies and historic coastal design, with steep gabled roofs and deep, inviting covered porches  Traditional design elements include:

  •  Intimate streetscapes with native Northwest landscaping
  • Community gathering greens and winding trails
  • Home designs of varying size, shape and scale
  • Garages tucked behind and beneath homes
  • Deep, sheltered front porches, snugged up to wide sidewalks
  • Gracious, railed view decks that look out to boats, sea, and mountains beyond

Phase One

Phase One includes Water's Edge Custom Homes, and construction of mixed-design homes, from luxury hillside homes to intimate cottage-style houses.
